Background and Challenge:

In 2011 there was no way to search streaming services; Google did not have this capability. If you wanted to search what was available to watch on services like Netflix or Amazon, you had to search each site individually.

Our Solution:

We built a tool that allowed you to find availability and pricing for movies and TV shows to rent, download or purchase across all the major streaming services - with just one click. In addition, we let people to set 'reminders' so they could get an alert when a movie or TV show became available on their preferred service.

The Result:

  • We built a highly engaged and loyal fan base among the most coveted demographic for marketers.
65% of our users were 18-35 yrs, college educated, without kids and tech savvy.

  • CISI was featured on TechCrunch, CBS, Yahoo Tech, Fox News, Wired, The New Yorker and numerous other publications (see below). In 2014, TIME magazine featured us in the list of "Top 50 Websites."
