H&R Block, an existing RZ client, wanted to learn more about Publicis Group's Power of One agency model.

We could have put together a capabilities presentation with a few case studies but we felt that there was a bigger opportunity to showcase our strategic thinking.

Immersed in the category and spent time with RZ to identify category challenges and business issues.

Selected case studies to demonstrate how we solved similar business problems to HRB's, for other clients, using a combination of data, technology and customer empathy.

Developed a point-of-view of a "category in transition" driven by push and pull factors, ranging from emerging competitors to changing customer behaviours.

Presented strategic opportunity for HRB to move from 'seasonal and transactional' relationship to building deeper brand affinity with customers.
